#1 Where did the online store go from your website?!
The short answer is we're lazy and its a lot of work.
The long answer is, when the world ended in 2019 the Hospitality and Retail market collectively s*** itself, us included. Like everyone else, we raced to get a website built and after a lot of typing, cropping, coding and crying we managed to set up everything in about a week. As if by some miracle people actually chose to support us instead of "Big Pokemon" or big online stores. It was like a coin flipping, sales switched from solely in-store, to solely online and thanks to you all, we were one of the lucky "non-essential" businesses to survive the apocalypse.
Fast forward five years and the coin has reversed. Sales have switched back to basically solely in-store, an that's okay! It means we can continue to provide amazingly sarcastic customer service to your face! Unfortunately though, this means we have to say goodbye to the website.
Don't forget you can still find everything in-store (See FAQ #6) and thank you for your support through the end of the world, we mean it :)
#2 Do you accept returns?
Of course we do, if there's a problem with your product please get in touch!

#3 What's this I hear about free boosters and a loyalty scheme?
When you pick up sealed Pokemon TCG merchandise in-store you get stamps on our loyalty card for every ten pounds you spend. Collect ten stamps and receive a free booster, that's it!
It's simplicity baffles even me..
#4 Why don't you have this Pokemon Product!
The sarcastic answer is we don't have it.
The non-sarcastic answer is it's likely a very high demand item and will only be available in-store on release day before it sells out. Everybody remembers how bloodthirsty people were for UPC releases right?
#5 Do you sell singles?
We do, in-store, we have thousands of the bloody things, plus hundreds of graded cards. But we haven't reached the level of self loathing required to list thousands of individual Pokémon singles online yet.
#6 Pokémon Product Releases
Pokémon products will be available in-store on release day when the store opens (Usually Fridays at 1000). We've been doing this for close to a decade now and haven't missed a product launch yet, so don't worry that you think we won't have something, we will. We'll also update our social media accounts with updates on stock quantity prior to the release day.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to come up with an original name for a shop? I didn't think you did. Stop questioning our life choices.
